How do we make a reservation for a beach house rental?

Can we reserve a beach house rental with a credit card deposit?

Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express, money order are the forms of payment accepted.

Are their restrictions on who can rent a beach house?

Our beach house is rented only rented to family,  groups,  and adults over 25.  Our beach house sleeps 16 and rentals are not rented for spring break parties, prom groups, graduation parties, etc. 

What are some things that your beach house is equipped with?

Our beach house is equipped to accommodate the same number of guests as they sleep. This includes enough glasses, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cookware, coffee makers, Keurig and Regular, microwave, toaster oven, Ninja Blender, and all major appliances including washer and dryer, TV's in every bedroom and DVD player with various kid and adult DVD's in the main living area and one bedroom, and basic cleaning supplies. Please bring extra blankets if needed, your beach towels and chairs.  Our beds have a bedspread and we have a linen service that provides sheets and towels.  

What should we bring with us to our beach house rental?

You should bring your own beach towels. Other items you will need to bring shampoo, bath soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, foil, trash bags, food, drinks, condiments, mosquito repellant and of course, your children and pets. Crystal Beach has Gulf Coast Supermarket (The Big Store), if you need to shop once you arrive.  Basics like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods and trash bags are provided at check in you will need additional depending on the length of your stay.  Don't forget chairs and games to take to the beach and rent your golf cart early!  Golf carts are one of the best parts of the beach from early morning sunrise to late night sunsets cart rides are everyone's family favorite.  

Outdoor Chair's & Toys?

We have eight wood bar height chairs upstairs.  There are additional Adirondack chairs to fill in with if you need more seating.  Three wood tables with barstools and eight more Adirondack chairs downstairs to use while your eating, cooking and playing games. We have cornhole, washers, Frisbee disc can jam and putt-putt golf in the storage unit next to the outdoor showers with a full size movable basketball goal for family tournaments.  

TV's?

Our beach house has a TV set up in each room all equipped with Roku.  Disney plus, ESPN and Hulu are provided services.  Roku is a streaming service and there are instructions on how to use it in the information book.  Roku does have some local channels but please feel free to bring your log in and password information for Netflix, Hulu, Apple, HBO, ESPN, Disney and more,  just remember to log out when you leave.  

Office/Computer Monitor? 

In the event you have to do some work while your here, as I always do,  there is a small desk an monitor in the master bedroom.  Please feel free to move it for your own convivence.  The kids may prefer it for gaming.  

Games/Game Table?

The top flips on the game table to a poker table with bumper pool.   A full set of poker chips are included with Texas Hold-Um.  Tons of board games, card games and coloring books are also provided.  Bar stools are adjustable so you can pull up more chairs if needed.  The Pac Man/Galaga has been fun for all ages.  Downstairs you'll find corn hole, washers and disc toss games.  

Can we rent a beach house for less than a full week?

Is there a outside grill?
Yes, a 21" Park Grill.  Just bring the charcoal and lighter fluid.  NO SMOKING in our beach house. Please smoke downstairs and dispose of cigarette butts properly. $300.00 will be deducted from your deposit if smoke is detected in the cabin or on the top deck.

Beach Toys?

We have a few small items for the kids to use at the beach.  They are located in a deck box by the garage on the bottom deck.  

Parking?

From the pictures you can see our driveway should have plenty of parking for all your guest and you can also pull underneath the house for covered parking.  

Lift/Elevator?

For unloading convenience there is a lift with a remote available from the office when you check in.  Please make sure the gates are closed and latched so they do not damage the house.  We prefer you only use the lift for luggage and supplies - no humans or pets for safety.  

Can we bring our pet to our beach house rental?

Yes, we are pet friendly and we have a chain link fenced in yard for convenience.   There is a $100.00 pet fee (2 small pets) which is due at the time of reservation.  

What are the “check-in” and “check-out” times of our beach house rental? 

You may check into your beach house at 12:00 noon the day of your arrival, and check out time is 2:00 pm on the day of your departure.

Trash?

Please remove all trash an place in outside receptacles upon your departure.  Crystal Beach only provides trash service twice per week we apologize if the can's reach capacity depending on how many days our house is rented sometimes things are out of our control.  

Beach Parking Permits?

Cobb Real Estate is a distributor of the "BOLIVAR BEACH PARKING PERMIT". We have auto and golf cart permits for sale for $10.00 each. Our office is offering this service to make the transition of the use of the parking permits easier for our customers and friends. You may call our office 409-684-3790 or the Parks Department at 409-934-8100 for more information.   They also have them at the BIG STORE.
