BEACH RULES

• All vehicles parked on the beach must display a Bolivar Beach Parking sticker ($10—available at most businesses in town, Cobb Real Estate or the Big Store.
• Glass containers are prohibited.
• Speed limit is 15 mph. No reckless driving.
• No littering (Trash barrels are located all along the beach),
• No motorized vehicles on sand dunes or off-road on private property,
• No bonfires allowed—contained campfires and cooking grills allowed they prefer you dig a hole to contain a campfire.  Please put it out with water before you cover with sand to protect others from stepping on hot spots later.  
• Open container laws apply to all vehicles (including ATV's, ROV's, Golf Carts)
• Golf Carts, ATV's and ROV's are allowed and may be driven on the beach. The driver must have a valid driver’s license.  Only rentals or carts that have a valid license plate may be operated on the side streets.  They cannot be operated on the highway. • Enjoy our beautiful beaches and help keep them clean.  The beach should also be left in it's natural state, please do not leave sand castles and moats or trash - it is harmful to our sea creatures.
